Joan Caridi is the lead project manager for the Cooperative Agreement between the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Programs Research and Standard Unit (FBI PRSU) and West Virginia University.
She manages complex research projects that initiate from the FBI PRSU and are conducted by West Virginia University researchers. Caridi also collaborates with universities across the country to foster partnerships with the FBI PRSU for biometric research studies.
She has been with the ORPM since 2009 and has managed projects with FEMA, the West Virginia National Guard, the Center for Identification Technology Research, the Institute for Fraud Prevention, WVUteach, and WVU’s College of Business.
