Relationship Management

Although the Office of Research Program Management has formalized policies for ushering projects from inception to completion, another key component of ORPM’s work is managing the relationships that exist between project sponsors and researchers. This maintenance requires agile response to various project needs, but the ORPM staff is ready to respond, whether a researcher has material needs that were not originally planned for or a sponsor realizes that additional research would be beneficial. ORPM’s project managers are ready and able to help address the shifting needs of project participants.*
